I used to live in the Bahamas on a charter boat I have seen 720 lb blue marlin biggest fish I've ever seen weighed in and a tournament and that shark wouldn't even close to the same size as that blue marlin so there's no way in hell I would put that shark at maybe maybe 500-600 lb. It just didn't have the mass or the girth to be a grander. Nice catch though nonetheless. Curious as to which islands y'all were fishing off of? I lived on abaco Island.
