Cliff Lungaretti: "Teller, what are the origins of being silent on stage?" Penn: "To answer that: human beings have neither the aural nor psychological capacity to withstand the awesome power of Teller's true voice. Were you to hear it ,your mind would cave in and your heart would explode in your chest! believe me we went to five David Blaines before we figured that one out." Комментарий от : @dudewhosaysarrh |
Jesus Christ, Penn can talk forever 😂 Комментарий от : @pwjaiter6277 |

What's More Amazing: Teller Speaking or Penn Not 🤔🤯 Комментарий от : @katherinegallagher9081 |
great voice Комментарий от : @Dnn411 |
Penn closes with a comment on their qualifications. If there was any school that could reliably turn graduates into people like P&T, I'd enroll immediately. Комментарий от : @MisterFusion113 |
I have the utmost respect for Penn and Teller and the way that they present their skill to the public. What an intelligent way to go about presenting their talent as a trick and not trying to twist people's minds and persuade the public that they have Supernatural powers. They truly are talented and skilled individuals. The way entertainment should be. Комментарий от : @isaacgriffin9184 |
I think sometimes on BS they picked of wide range of issues they picked not the best that one side has to offer to represent, and expose it, nor did they look at original sources. There's times where they had a preplanned result, and no matter what they found, that had to be their result. Комментарий от : @jeremyseaton3314 |
this is the first time i've ever heard him speak. Комментарий от : @FuzzBucket69 |
I thought the second hand smoke episode was a bad joke Комментарий от : @ScatterBrainedYouBetterFollow |
I really don’t know anything about Al Gore, but I wish Penn would’ve said that you can make fun of Al Gore for anything except for how he stood up and respected and honored our constitutional system and the peaceful transfer of power even when it seemed like the Supreme Court stepped in and made a mistake and should’ve handled it a little differently. That election was a cluster F. But nothing is perfect in life. You have to respect Al Gore, from everything I know, for putting the country ahead of his own personal goals of attaining power by becoming president. Комментарий от : @iMatti00 |
🚀 📖 ~ How can Christians believe going to outer space is moral? The Bible says that when the people got together to build a structure so they could climate and go to heaven that God separated the people and change their language so they could not work together. If that’s true, then wouldn’t God think it’s immoral for us to fly in airplanes higher than any building they could build would go? And wouldn’t he definitely fail they going to outer space (a.k.a. Heaven) is immoral? I had forgot about this but when I was younger my grandmother told me she thought it was immoral to go to outer space or the moon because God said something about how earth belongs to people but the heavens belong to him. She never mentioned flying in airplane though. I see so many contradictions in the Bible and so many ways that society has proven so much of the Bible wrong. And it’s funny how people in religion can laugh at religions like Scientology but not see the similarities in regular Christian religion. And if there was one true religion then why wouldn’t that religion be more likely to attract followers instead of followers often staying with religion in which they were born into? Why wouldn’t people from Islam often become Christian or vice versa? Why wouldn’t Baptist be more likely to convert to Catholicism or vice versa? The primary determining factor of what someone will claim they believe is an adult is the religion they were taught as a child. Obviously people do convert but it’s in relatively small numbers. Actually probably extremely small numbers. All that said I do worry for my soul if I’m wrong. Because I’m objective and fair. And why in history did everybody believe in God if there really is not a God? Or did aliens help us advance and they would have the powers that would seem like they were gods? Of course how do you reconcile in the past where people believed in all kinds of Greek gods and all kinds of other mythology. Комментарий от : @iMatti00 |
I’ve loved them since their Showtime series “Bullsh*t”. Комментарий от : @iMatti00 |
Watching Teller Talk for the first time is almost a magic trick. Комментарий от : @trixer230 |
You cannot, just cannot, make fun of Penn with any allegations of them being fake, phony, empty-headed magicians who don't have a clue of what they are talking about, because Penn does that constantly himself!!! Hahahahahaahhahahahaaaaaaa!!!! Both in jest and in earnest, I love Penn and Teller's strong sense of moral accountability and consistency, how they have demonstrated the strong ability to stick to their views even when people disagree with them, and try to discuss them intelligently instead of just attacking the disagreer. If more of Hollywood showed this level of accountability for the amount of racist stereotypes depicted and perpetuated about indigenous cultures, I think the humanity part would definitely take care of the sad-yet-necessary bottom-line part required to continue making movies and shows. You may not think that you don't have an overpowering personality, Teller, but you have an overpowering intelligence. Комментарий от : @debeb5148 |
What's up with Teller's left hand? It's in a rather awkward position... 🤔 Комментарий от : @walterfristoe4643 |
Their claim that they were "accurate at the time" on second-hand smoke is horseshit. We had accurate and robust data on how bad second-hand smoke is for decades before they made that episode. Комментарий от : @longliverocknroll5 |
35:27 We jusst gonna ignore the fact Penn just accidently revealed his wife is a genetic relative? :P (Hey he said it not me XD) Комментарий от : @myrixica4222 |

Tellers voice sounds like the voice of god. Комментарий от : @RawAmericanFacts |
Penn says they were always fair when they did "Bullshit," but I have to STRONGLY disagree with him in at least one instance -- the only episode I ever remember really pissing me off -- the one they did on the environmental movement. I recall they were passing around a bogus petition trying to ban a nasty-sounding chemical that actually turned out to be a naturally occurring element in the environment. Of course, it made fools out of the people signing the petition, but it was dishonest in that ANY normal, caring person is going to try to help -- on the spur of the moment -- if someone points them to a danger they may not completely understand. Worse, they OBVIOUSLY selected the dumbest, densest people from among the comments from the crowd to make the entire group sound like a bunch of flakes. In that episode, Penn & Teller were, to me, no better than John Edwards or Sylvia Browne. But, after a lifetime of promoting skepticism and critical thinking, I can forgive them one ill-considered detour. Комментарий от : @pcbacklash_3261 |
"You feel like an idiot if your heckling a silent guy" - Teller's quote of the century! Комментарий от : @krouac |

Penn and teller are like Jay and silent bob. Комментарий от : @sanctuary9992 |
Through the whole thing it comes across that they (especially Penn) always try to be thoughtful and not hurt people, not have fun at others' expense (public figures, who have substantial personal power, appear to be the exception) They shit on (what they see as bad) ideas, but not the people who believe them. Penn reiterates that in the strongest way and with the most humility here: 50:00 "If someone has a love and obsession, they're 12 feet tall and bulletproof. And there was a few times we rolled our eyes and kind of made fun of them and I'm ashamed of that." Комментарий от : @TranscendentBen |
So funny, been doing exactly what Penn was saying. Watching videos and duckduckgo the phrases Комментарий от : @owenredlick4076 |

Randi is rarely wrong, but he has been wrong. In those few cases he has resorted to various appeals to authority or majority to avoid the facts. It's really unfortunate, as I respect his work in unmasking fraud. Комментарий от : @timothyblazer1749 |
That is why I complain about fake science. Комментарий от : @TomTom-rh5gk |
I feel the host needs a lot to work on to be more natural. He was much too a robot that read off these questions. Its not something that comes easily, mind you, and it takes experience. Which is, excessively hard to find at a company like google which is ferocious with how it hires only the youngest and brightest. Hopefully he's doing better with his interviews nowadays. Комментарий от : @goodvibes4891 |
Love the anti trump joke Комментарий от : @ejfoy |
The illusion that our minds have been developing throughout these years and times of teller’s voice, is making everyone of us imagining teller’s voice in our brains. So when you hear teller speaks with that voice, your mind starts questioning your logic of how this guy have wrong voice!..it doesn’t sound right!....which will last for a while, until you accept it👍.. I know this doesn't have anything to do with the video, but I would like to share these questions and this message with as many people as possible. 1. What do you think happens to someone after they die? 2. Do you think there is an afterlife? 3. If heaven exists, how do you get there? 4. Do you think you are good enough to get into heaven? I'm definitely not good enough to get into heaven. Here are a few questions to test your goodness: 1. How many lies have you told in your whole life? 2. Have you ever stolen? 3. Have you ever used God's name in vain? 4. Jesus said that "whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart" (Matthew 5:28). Have you ever looked with lust? 5. If you have broken any of these commandments, would you be innocent or guilty on Judgment Day? 6. Would you go to Heaven or Hell? The Bible says that "all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone" (Revelation 21:8) and "Those who indulge in sexual sin, or who worship idols, or commit adultery, or are male prostitutes, or practice homosexuality, or are thieves, or greedy people, or drunkards, or are abusive, or cheat people — none of these will inherit the Kingdom of God" (1 Corinthians 6:9-10). So, if you are guilty of any of the ten commandments, then you are in trouble when Judgment Day comes! Do you know what God did for guilty sinners so that we wouldn't have to go to Hell? 2,000 years ago, God became a human being, Jesus of Nazareth, who suffered and died on the cross for our sins and rose from the dead on the third day, defeating death. The punishment that we deserve for breaking God's law, Jesus took in our place. He paid the fine that we could never pay so that God can legally set us free by forgiving our sins. He is just, by punishing evil through Jesus' death on the cross, while being rich in mercy towards us. What you have to do is repent, or turn toward God, and believe in Jesus Christ. Don't trust your own goodness, because, as Jesus said, "No one is good — except God alone" (Mark 10:18). Trust alone in the savior. The moment you do that, God will forgive every sin you have ever committed and grant you eternal life, and He will give you a new heart with new desires, so that you will love to do what is right. You will be born again. But you must repent and trust in Jesus. When are you going to do that? Here is a short Christian movie on this subject and depression: www.youtube.com/watch?v=fcqxzXMRGoc Комментарий от : @jakestewart5899 |

Penn and Teller may not be well educated in science as Penn claims, but he seems always to have been very scientific in his public statements, probably because he goes out of his way to research and check with others before he opens his mouth. I love them as magicians, but also as unusually good critical thinkers in a world filled with fraud. Комментарий от : @david203 |
